Cancellation policy

Please do not cancel! Such a hassle to get it all organised, cancelations really suck. But if you have to, we get it, life happens. We set the following rules for it:


  • Cancel one month in advance, you get 90% of your money back - we keep 10% for the hassle.
  • Cancel 2 weeks in advance, you get 50% of your money back - the chances are we cannot find someone else for the place
  • Cancel within 2 weeks of your stay starting, we do not do refunds, as we cannot find replacements.


If the booking is last minute, being within the 2 weeks before your stay starts, there is no option to cancel anymore with a refund.
