What's Included
The rental price includes tourist tax and all electricity.

Cleaning & Linen
An end-of-stay clean is charged at €170. Linen service (sheets, towels, and a kitchen set) is available at €17 per person.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Booking & Payment
All bookings are reviewed and confirmed by us before they are finalised. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with an iDEAL payment link, or you can pay by bank transfer. Full payment is required before the start of your stay.

Minimum Stay
Outside of the holiday periods below, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For the following periods, the house is only available for the full duration:

• Easter: Good Friday through Easter Monday (4 nights)
• Ascension Day weekend: Thursday through Sunday (4 nights)
• Pentecost: Saturday through Monday (3 nights)
• Summer holidays: weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)
• May school holiday week: weekly rental only
• Autumn school holiday week: weekly rental only

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 month before your stay: 90% refund. Cancel 2 weeks before: 50% refund. Cancel within 2 weeks: no refund.
